Sometime in 05 (or maybe just after) the front end changed slightly. The photo above is the newer front end and this photo is the earlier (again ignore the black brackets):

There's a few photos and some detail of the different front ends that may be of use in this thread from when I was struggling to fit my ARB bar.

Traditionally there has been little interest in second hand Jimny front bumpers. From time to time they com up on eBay but they don't seem to sell. They usually have buy it now prices of $200-$300 but I've seen one end with no bids and a starting price of $0.99.

I'm keeping mine in case I ever need to revert to stock for some reason.

I've been looking for one of these Bumper bars for some time..
BUT......
It doesn't matter if it is on E-bay starting at $0.99 or Buy it now $100.oo /$300.oo , Most sellers will not Send or Post !!!!!!

Most of the E-Bay seller i contacted said they would rather destroy it rather than sell it for less than $100.oo and as far as shipping it they wouldnt waste their time .

I contacted my local Suzi Dealer they had a brand new silver one removed to fit bull-bar to a new car. they will sell it to me for $350.oo . this bar owes them nothing however if they get a trade-in Jimny same colour. they can jazz it up with a new front bar !
They also have a Brand new UN-PAINTED bar which they were sent by mistake in 2008 again owes them nothing , my price $200.oo but i have to paint it ..

Im not trying to drive the price down on this B-Bar or jimny_timmy's B-Bar.

Im not trying to piss anyone off , its just advice.
Cheers Bob.

all good and thanks for the advice. I'm the same couldnt be bothered posting it, or keeping it for back to stock as it takes up too much room, have too much other crap, only place it be kept is outside and if i ever sell the car stock it'll be a POS by then.

ill keep putting up my ebay adds, never know someone might need one rather then buying a new one for a light bingle (not wishing bad things upon anyone) or as a chopper and keep there fresh one.

just a heads up - monkey couldnt even give his away and it went in the bin... if you can store it, you might as well just hold onto it. never know if it will come in handy.
