Hey.
Selling a g16B motor out of a 92 LWB Vitara manual.
Blew the head gasket at 260,000km's. The motor still ran and drove no worries, just had to remove plugs to discharge coolant from cylinder when starting.
The block is fine and has no cracks or damage.
Previous owner of the car had the head rebuilt a year before I got it, but investigations have uncovered that inferior gasket kit was used and it doesn't even appear that the head bolts were replaced with new ones. What a waste of money that was.
Motor is complete but does not come with accessories, alternator, starter motor etc.
Also got some brand new coil spacers for sale. 2x30mm and 2x50mm.
$75.00 for the spacers and $250ono for the motor.
Anyone keen, pm me or call me on 0413327085.
I'm on the Sunshine Coast.

So you offer him LESS than his already low price, then ask him to freight it?
Packing a motor for freight (safely) is a PITA.

He did say Ono. And there's no point talking compensation for his time if his not willing to freight. At least I'm interested in buying it, not filling his thread with opinions.

I've got some local interest so I'll see how that goes. If it falls through, I'll let you know.

No loom. I literally did a straight swap with an import motor, plugged it all in, set the TPS and drove to work the next day.
