you can buy rally 4000's any day of the week for a lot less then $700, even in expensive parts shops in Katherine they are cheaper then $350 each so considering they are second hand they would need to at least be converted HID. |

well i gave a 2 week old pair of rally 4000's that were HID converted away cos they were shit so i am probably not the best to ask. mine cost $695 for the pair (55w hid) |

actually i bought them to replace a set of lightforces and the hella lights were crap in comparison.
