I have for sale my front air locker out of my sierra for sale fully assembled and ready to go with a new airline.

Reason to get rid of it is cause i went chromoly cv's and can no longer use it.

I am after $800 complete all you will need is a solenoid and fitting which i can help with both working for ARB.

Contact on here or 0488661549

I am in Ipswich

Cheers Chris

Why could you not use it.?? Just change the 22 spline side gears for 26 ones which you can buy from arb to suit the air locker. Then it would work.

yeah but he works for ARB so would get a new one at cost price so basically sell this one and buy a new one at no extra cost

good luck with the sale (I would do the same  )

What are side gears worth and are they the only change required

There on low range at $65 not sure where you would find them for a reasonable price else where unless you picked up a cheap diff. And AFAIK yes that's all that's required too run chromos

ARB have changed and you now have to buy the whole gear set which is expansive and hence just selling this one complete.

Sorry to clog this thread with something that is a tech question.

But the side gears listed on the Lowrange site are only for OEM diff centers not the ARB lockers

nope, just standard open diffs.

you may be able to get the arb gear through lowrange for cheepish if you emailed sean to ask though.

I recently bought a rear airlocker from lowrange for less than $900 including shipping

I changed from air locked 22 spline to 26 spline air locked using the same locker. Got 26 side gear kit from ARB, pulled the diff and locker out, got the 26 gears fitted and refitted the locker.
You can't fit 26 OEM gears if you have a 22 spline diff running a air locker, you need to run the ARB 26 spline gears.
I have part number if needed.

thought i read somewhere that you can take the side gears from a rear diff and use them on the front with 26 spline axles? is there any truth to that at all?
