It is an ex fire truck from captains flat, near braidwood NSW.
It has had a few modifications to suit daily driving, these include..
Engine: EH 700 Hino 6.5Lt Diesel - excellent condition blows no smoke.
Gearbox: Hino 5 speed running through rebuilt drive shafts and unis
Differentials: 4.3 International
Steering: f250 power steering box
Tyres: 20" x 8.25" on chrome rims
Stereo: Kenwood head unit running 4x6inch speakers
Tray: 3660x2100 duragal tray with hidden tiedown points, with a 25mm hardwood deck.
Paint: The truck had a respray in 2009, sprayed purple, however will come with another respray when sold.
Extras: new exhaust, opposite lock 4 post alloy bullbar, spotlights.

Everything on the truck is NSW engineered. Registered until 27th January 2013. Sold with Nsw rego and rwc.

This truck is ideal for camping and towing and everything inbetween. It sits on 110km with or without a load and uses 16.5L to the 100km. The tray has plenty of space to muck around with, fitting 5 motorbikes and two dogs with ease. Would be ideal for the long trips away to take the zook, dogs, eskys and all the rest of the stuff you need on a good weekend away. It has minimal rust and seats 6 people comfortably. Plenty of space inside the cab as well as outside.

Gday Jas, its Dion here.. just logged on my brothers account.
The truck is dads, and he is the one with all the knowledge about it, I just posted the add for him.
It isn't a 4WD, however, we have another dodge sitting here for a friend of his and he has plans to put f250 diffs under it and make it a 4wd so anything is possible.

If you give my old man a call he will be able to tell you all the ins and outs of the truck and then go from there.
