11 and a bit acres in Macclesfield (near Emerald), mostly cleared, some bush, fenced paddocks, water, power, phone, driveway, shedding, planning permit, ready to build on. The rear boundary is Woori Yallock Creek, downstream of the trout farm which works out pretty well if you're into fishing. Three dams. One of the sheds is set up as a workshop with double garage, lock up tool room, double carport and benched workshop space. The second shed is quite well set up.
