tent in good condition, hasn't leaked (I condition it properly), no rips or tears.

comes with extras side pole kit and 6 sand pegs. (as well as standard centre pole, and awning poles/pegs/ropes)... side pole kit great to fit a double bed in it.

selling cause i have a shoebox apartment now and will have nowhere to air it out after wet winter camping trips

it's the rv version with the side flaps on the awning.. surrounds my rear jimny door
