A few weeks back I bought a G16A engine with a 16V head and pistons off here to put in my Sierra. Basically I'm looking to straight swap it for a complete 8V G16A. AFAIK there's nothing wrong with it, it's simply too much to do. I need this car on the road yesterday, hence looking to swap for a complete engine rather than playing around with changing heads. If you have a spare G16A and are thinking of going to 16V, this would be a very cheap way to do it. Unfortunately it doesn't come with the manifolds or ECU as I was going to run it as a carby setup. It does come with the dizzy and spare camshaft. There's also a custom intake manifold to suit a weber that'll also be thrown in. PM me or reply here if you're interested or have any questions. I'd prefer to keep this local to Sydney (even better if it's in western Sydney) for the time being as I'm in a rush and hate waiting on couriers. Cheers, Dex. |
