The hubs. Getting the spacers made at a place I worked at. Its costing me to much just to make a 1 set so I'm getting another 4 to cover some of my costs. picking them up tomorrow hopefully.

Ok so I have 3 sets available. Cost me $200 to make 4 sets so I'm not trying to make a profit on these. At $40 a set.

Hate to be a downer dude, but you're better off cutting your axle down. I have personally (and witnessed others) snap the 12.9 high tensile hub bolts completely off with the spacers. It allows a little movement and the bolts load up and the go bang.

Cutting the axle and hub seal? No thanks. That's why I didn't go the 10mm. They will be fine. I've done the research...

If they are allowing movement why aren't people making them with undersized holes and then threading them so the hub bolt tightens the hub and the spacer to the axle? Not having a go at you, just seems like a progressive step if movement is the issue

Then you would never get them tight. it would be physically impossible.

I can see where there coming from, But if there that upset about the spacers maybe they should shoot Bigjimny and jimnybits a few messages to try and really corner the market? I only made a few extras because I couldn't find any when I needed them, Now all of a sudden its locals businesses.

It's the extra stress on the bolts that's the issue, not the hole size... Probably more an issue in front locked situations.

And to the op/mods, I'm not trying to throw people off buying these... My comments can be deleted if necessary, I was just trying to give a heads up on the issue.

No stress mate... I didn't want to get my hubs and axles machined... I'm not intending on getting massive tires or locking diffs... so these should be fine for intermediate 4wding. :peaceout:
