Up for sale is my 1990 suzuki sierra SJ70 1.3L widetrack. 291,xxxkm April 2015 NSW Rego. I have owned it since 2005 since then it has had extensive restoration and modification work done by myself and with the help of others, currently it is at its best condition and appearance to date and will be sad to see it go but selling purely due to practicality reasons. Details: Engine: ’98 model 1.3L G13BA rebuilt in 2006 including new pistons and a stage 1 cam, 10:1 compression full exhaust system extractors to tip, carby rebuilt and jetted runs extremly well and starts first time hot or cold 30,000km since rebuild Gearbox: 5 speed manual also from ’98 model new exedy hd clutch kit input shaft seal and output new oil less than 5000km ago Transfer case: rebuilt every seal and bearing replaced trial gear 6.5 reduction gears updated front output shaft and new mainshaft also jack shaft and rear tailshaft replaced unis fresh all this done within last 10,000km Diffs: all wheel bearings and seals replaced full king pin and swivel housing seals done, spartan diff lock in front diff, front brakes about 80% rear 90% new rear brake cylinders and brake master cylinder 3.9 ratios front and rear, tyres are 50%rear and more on the front Kuhmo road venture A/T’s great tyre for dual purpose they don’t roar on the highway and bag well at 10psi, wheels are 15x8in sunraysias.(the combination of the lowrange gears and diff lock make this truck able to crawl slowly and effortlessly with minimal track damage and at a greatly reduced pace to minimise wear and tear on the truck over obstacles far above its usual class), both diffs and gearbox and transfer have breathers up behind the battery, all this done within the last 10,000km Suspension: new 2 inch spring lift with matching shocks all new superpro bushes and new shackles all round, 2 inch bodylift using a kit with all alloy blocks and female bolts so is reversable if required but note front tyres will foul inside front gaurds at full flex and steer hence the body lift, I made a sealed steel intake space on top of carby to suit also a steel space for fuel pipe to tank, and ARB winch bar (no winch) modified to suit the body lift, all new u-bolts. Again all this within last 10,000km Body: the body is in very good condition it used to be white with blue stripes interior and underside and engine bay are all still white the exterior has been recently resprayed beige all panels were removed hung and sprayed all separate and reassembled that way I was satisfied there was no rust in between and under things like door hinges and things and paint is on all sides, there was a bit of rust where the original side plastic trims went all that got cut out and I made up the pictured alloy replacement covers, all exterior fasteners during re assembly have been replaced with stainless. It has bi colour narva led running lights on sides, front cobination lights are adr leds, middle drin=ving lights not connected, top bosch bull lights are HID with removable polycarb lenses they are spread when on and spot when removed and extremely bright in both cases, 27w rear led work light on three way switch on/off/on with reverse, front led DRL’s next to number plate, new soft top with tinted windows, also comes with new half roof and a torn up old full one and carry bag, has steel 4 point rollbar at rear, drivers door window reg rattles a bit never got round to changing it Interior: interior all works has good new gme aerial and old 40ch uhf (im keeping my gme tx4500), sony cd player with bluetooth (although using it as a phone doesn’t really work as the interior is a loud place to be on the highway)and new 6 in speakers all round (the front shouldve been 6.5in so theyre in with two screws, the rear are on a new marine ply flat board I never got a chance to trim it in matching brown vinyl), interior light has been converted to full roof width led strip lighting which works off both doors and there is a toggle switch in the rear for when the tailgate is open, 12v marine power outlet in rear also, floor and chasis all been coated in stone guard for sound deadening and rust protection, cavities have been rustproofed and areas where water would run into a v also. Has airtec snorkel, 291,xxxkm on body and chasis
Recently serviced with all new diff and gear oils, coolant, thermostat, radiator cap, brake fluid, timing belt kit and accessory belt
