As I've now sold my Jimny I am selling some excess Jimny related bits.

This is an unused Tough Dog return to center steering damper. It was included as part of my Tough Dog lift that was on my Jimny but I never installed the steering damper.

Includes all mounting brackets and bolts as well as instructions. Some light marks from storage.

$100 + postage or pickup from Parkes NSW.

PM or reply below.

- Tim.

Sorry, this isn't quite on topic but I have noticed that my Jimny's steering wheel is quite loose (it moves very easily and when in the neutral position I can turn it an inch to either side before it responds). Would something like this steering damper fix this problem?

I feel the exact same thing with my jimny, been wondering the same thing. I haven't driven many different cars but of the half dozen I have all of the deadzones have been much smaller

I have driven a fair few cars and the majority have not had a deadzone like the Jimny. Granted, mine's a bit older (2001). I'm sure it's fixable, but I'm just trying to work out the best/easiest way of doing it.
