Hi everyone,

I really don't like the readily available non-bushed shock spacers you can get for Jimnys, so searched high and low for someone selling the bushed ones, and the only place I could find was Rhino Ray in the UK. I rang him for a price and he reckoned about $300 bucks including postage, then he told me I should have a go at making my own, so I did. (He's also a seriously hilarious guy to talk to on the phone by the way, I ended up talking to him for about half an hour!)

I made a test set for our car and they worked really well, so I made up another 3 sets in the hope of a) making some extra cash to then enable MOAR MODIFICATIONS to our Billy Cart, and b) help out some other Jimny owners that maybe don't like the idea of the non-bushed spacers either.

These are made out of 4mm mild steel, are TIG welded and Zinc coated, and they use a Superpro poly bush. They come with extra washers and high tensile bolts as per the pics - unbolt the bottom of your shock, rotate it 90* and bolt these bad boys on and you're in flex heaven.

I have two sets left, $120 each if you pick up from the south side of Brisbane, or I'm happy to post anywhere in Australia for $135.

Sounds great! Do you have any photos of them fitted to the vehicle? Cheers.

Not these super sweet ones, just the export black painted jobs I made up as a test set.

They sit a bit funny because our rear shock bushes are stuffed - 80mm tough dog lift plus ~20mm spring spacers had the lower shock bush on a pretty extreme angle before, so the bushes are cactus and don't hold the spacer central. They still seem to work fine though.
