I've got a suzuki Grand vitara 1999. I also have 1.5km offroad driveway (or I did, not sure how much is left after this rain though) Currently got road tyres that are plain scary on the driveway.
So i'm after a set of allterrains, newer the better. Have been looking at the Bf goodrich, the tyre shop will not have any until next week though.
Close as possible to the orginal size, preferably a bit bigger but able to fit without cutting of guards and rubbing.
Currrent tyre size is 235/60r/16
Pm me your number and i'll call you back Feral

Maxxis do a good one but I can't remember if it is the Bighorn or the Buckshot, but they are worth a look.

The maxxis 751 a/t pattern is quite a decent tyre and are pretty reasonably priced compared to what they are up against.. I put a set on my old mans D22 navara and like yourself we had a driveway 1.4kms long with mud ruts all threw it and the tyres never let us down. They also were really good on the road and beach. I used to work at bob Jane an I had a customer get 80,000kms out of them, so they can prove to be a long life tyre aswell. Great value for money.

I wasn't sure if I had the right name, but which ever one it was, I had the maxxis A/T trial fitted on my GV before mods and it fit and was a good price, but thanks for pointing it out.
