My mates looking to buy a sierra and is looking for one in nsw that has an engine upgrade and current rego. He is looking to spend 2k-4k.

An efi sierra for 2-4k will most likely be pretty crap in some way. Choose wisely.

Mine may be for sale in the next few days. not for that kind of money tho. As dan said, quality will be lacking at that price.

I've seen some go for 1k. Doesnt mean the car as a whole was good. All we mean is, choose wisely or your $2k bargin could end up a bigger $$$ problem.

2k would be a sierra needing love
up to 4k for one in decent shape

Definitely be cautious. I bought a EFI sierra for $7k that has cost me $20k over the years fixing all the fork ups. And it's still a piece of shit.
