I would definitely buy one if they did. I think of the safety benefits more than anything else - better to carry fuel at a low centre of gravity than in jerry cans further up. It wouldn't even need to be a massive one - even another 30 litres would be awesome as that seems to be about where I need it to be for down south trips. |

Then comes the idea of retro fitting one from a old corolla or gemini something, and using a carb pump to fill the jim tank up. They are thin and sit upright, with the filler up the top. May be the only chance of not going full custom. But you exhaust will still need to be re routed. |
