Post subject:  Sorted tail gate hinges 1992 soft top Sierra, prefer black
So I open the tail gate today and the fucker hits the floor.

I therefore require a set on hinges to replace the old failures.

No photo's, as I'm sure you all know what fucked sierra bits look like.

The car is a 1992 soft top if that makes any difference.

Post only, as I'm back at work tomorrow for a couple of weeks.

I have a second hand set, but they are only about $30 a pair on ebay for new hinges i think.

p.s the other option is to remove the pin, drill it out to 8mm and replace the pin with 8mm shaft steel. tack weld the bottom and grind flat, all fixed and nice and strong :D

All sorted now , thanks to want33s.

Anything that involves welding is too hard for me, it was the actual holder part not the pin that failed.
