I am after a transfer case for my GV,its a 1998 2.5 v6 so it has developed the annoying issue of popping out of 4 high and carrying on like a bitch! So i would like to replace the transfer with a newer year model one,prefer 2001 onwards.

I'm after the same thing. My 99 V6 developed this problem over easter. I've developed a temporary budget fix, a strap that holds the transfer stick in 4wdH. Still makes the occasional clunk but keeps it in 4wd.

If anyone in WA has a transfer case please let me know.

I priced a complete transfer and transmission at a local wrecker today,$850 for the both but i only want the transfer and he wont seperate :cry:

I had a 2000 GV a few years ago and never had an issue.

Buy it then sell the gear box. I'm sure you'd get a decent price for it. What year is it from?
