hey rusho, your going to find that this is different from anything else you have done, there is a spiral ball bearing system on the ram, that it a bugger to get in again |

The seals are weird also and there is O-rings under most of the hydro seals. and on my box (not sure about your's) where the pitman arm bolts up there is a hydro seal sitting inside of an O-ring, kinda hard to explain, but thats about it. and it will feel really stiff till you use it a bit.... Just like rebuilding a motor, gear box, tcase, diff, be patient, don't do it when your stressed, and take time. |
