I have about 13 spare transfers laying around

I'm guessing you mean a 3.0:1 case? or are you after a 2.5:1 case? I have both, I'm just not sure if any of the 3.0:1 cases would be much chop without a bearing kit through them. Anyway I'm near Ipswich, if your OK with picking up from down here, I'm happy to sell you one.

There's also one listed on E-bay atm, but it doesn't specify the ratio. You might need to convince him to post/courier, and maybe drop the price too.

There are 2 ratios. One has appropriately 3:1 low range ratio, the other has approximately 2.5:1 low range ratio. Most LJ50's ran the 3:1, though some hardtops were supposed to have the 2.5:1. Most LJ80's ran the 2.5:1 case, though some can be found with the 3:1 case.

Which is better depends on the vehicles setup (engine, diffs and tyres) and what yours using it for. If your happy with the vehicle as it is, find what your is by putting it in low range, and counting how many times you have to turn the input to get 1 rotation of he output. It will either be 2.5 or 3.

I'll have a look tomorrow and check I have a good one of each type and PM you a price then.
