looking for ONE 31-33 inch tyre on a 15 inch rim. tyre condition not needed to be great.
will be for a spare.

I presume it's Helensburgh, a northen suburb of Wollongong NSW.

Ok, thats cool, unfortunately many of us in Qld have never heard of Helensburgh let alone it's abreviation.
