Hey there guys,

I'm fairly new to the site, though I have been reading the forums a bit in the last couple of months. There's a heap of good info here. Not to mention the occasional laugh :)

Anyhow, down to business.

I'm interested in purchasing a suzuki sierra. If you are selling yours, considering selling yours or know of one for sale somewhere, i'm happy to consider it.

I'd like it to have at least the following, but am open to extras or minor differences:

- G16b 16v efi (or similar)
- 4 seats (coily ones with anchor points would be a bonus)
- Tow ball / bar
- Roadworthy for Qld (or pretty easily rdwthy/register-able)

I do have a budget of $5000. I could probably find a little more for the right zook!?

:D zuk85 if I could afford a jimny i'd get one for sure. Unfortunately no can do, the minister for war and finance has a cap on my spendings :(

Thanks for getting back to me, was beginning to give up hope for my thread...

I'm considering Vitara's as well at the moment..? If you've got any advice on vits, i'm happy to hear your 2c worth. I'm thinking a swb 96 or later could be nice?

Not planning any serious offroad adventures so something heavily modded isn't a necessity. Just something the kids and I can go exploring in on weekends and hols. It's also gotta be a Daily as well.

cheers again. Thanks for reading my thread

if its with the kids and nothing serious, I would get a vitara. more comfort on road and off road i guess. sierra's can be a bit stiff unless u spend some more money on them and put in some blood and sweat and bloody usless if u wanna get anywhere on time ha ha ha." of course unless it got a 1.6 and some goodies in the transfer".

I have had nothing much to do with vitara's but your swb 96 model would be good having fuel injection and all.
