Can anyone give me a heads up on what I'm up for here,
Oil leak direct from little slot underneath on bell housing. About a 5-10cent piece sized drip overnight.
Just changed the Valve Cover Gasket , oil filter, and the Dizzy gasket / O-ring does not appear to be leaking (oil is not running down) from the top of the motor.
Hi Moderator if you could move this post to appropriate section that would be great! Apologies!

So it's doable without lifting the engine out ?
If the Dizzy O-rings were leaking would oil run down to this slot?
BTW thanx for the quick response guys

Yep, allow an hour to drop the box out then just pull the clutch and flywheel off.

X2 Rear main seal about $25.
You can drop the little flimsy cover at the bottom of the bellhousing to confirm by using a small mirror.

Torque Wrench up the Clutch / Flywheel Bolts ?
Or just tighten them as hard as I can?
Total Tools $50-$100 for a cheapo Torque Wrench.

if you haven't bought a seal yet, buy a genuine one. it should last a bit longer.
haven't you got 5 clutch aligners on each hand.

Alingment tool, start with anything round diameter same or less than locating bearing in flywheel.
If necessary wrap insulantion tape to build up diameter to make a good sliding fit.
Work out where clutch plate will sit on shaft and build up diameter with tape.

All fixed guys, thanks for your help, the clutch feels good (replaced it at the same time), free play seems ok, will monitor it over the next few days and adjust if required.
