Hard! I'm 6'4", 125kg, and I swung a 40lb long handle sledge hammer at one and it just left a small mark on the bottom. The main body is formed 5/32" (4.0mm) plate. :wink:

I can jump off the until I get bored...I ain't streamlined (skinny) by any stretch if the imagination.
