Just put in a Check engine light on the Sierra (with G16B) so now i can check codes and its giving code 34 - MAF Signal Low.

So im after a 3 wire Air Flow sensor off a Vitara if anyone has one lying around.

Hopefully this will give the engine abit more balls.

Thanks, Josh

Did you bother to test it?

The ECU is telling you it thinks the signal isnt right, could be a heap of things, jsut ask Stekky :)

Yeah i tested it out. Getting 13.8V across the 2 outer supply terminals (with car running) and .4V on the signal wire regardless of weather it at idle or revving at about 4k. I read its ment to vary from about .5V to 5V.

Tested to signal wire from sensor plug to ECU plug. All good.

Also when the sensor is unplugged to motor revs say the same. I read that they should jump up with the senor out. Unless im missing something
