I have one just pulled from a car comes with flex plate ,torque convertor and t bar shifter all hoses and cables to make it work was going to put it in my comp car if the out put on the manual was different to a sierra one but all is good.

Only downer is that were the mounting bolts go in the rear most section of what looks like an adaptor houseing that alloy houseing has a crack in it up into one of the bolt holes.

$150 the lot you pay for shipping if your interested I can send you a photo of the crack
