Ok now I'm just wanting a cover to hide the holes in my door sills. And the dints.
Just thinking some think aluminium plating pot riveted or welded on.
Can anyone suggest someone who can do it for me? Want it done ASAP.
Not looking for rock sliders just a cover like they do on sierras.
Location around Brisbane/sunny coast.

DIY !!
If you have a tape measure, a permanet marker, checker plate or similar a grinder with a cutting disc, drill, pop rivet gun, rivets and a rubber mallet, It would be piss easy to do.
You can buy the aluminium checker / diamond plate from bunnings, Cut a couple of strips, drill and rivet them into place, bend the plate over drill and rivet underneath.
I would use steel but that's how I'd do it anyways. Oh and I'd bog up the existing holes first to prevent dust dirt mud getting in which may result in rust and run a few beads of sikaflex to seal it.

Yes this is true. I was wanting to do it myself but I just bought some flares and was hoping to get the plating to mate into those.
