Post subject:  Plasma cut engine mounts / body armor
I need some new engine mounts plasma cut and welded to my frame. The old mounts have warped a lot, and the engine no longer fits in.

the mounts will look like this

I have a welder with gas, wire and tips, grinder cutting blades flap discs etc. the car is located in Bellbowrie (west side of brisbane) If anyone has access to a plasma and can help me out i can pay cash, i really need this done asap.

What wrong with cutting some out with a grinder?

Make a cardboard template, mark them out on some 5mm flatbar or plate, drill the holes, then cut them out.

X2 just put one step infront of the other, you will be able to do it with a grinder ;)

nothing wrong with a grinder, just a bit slow. ill order some steel and have a go next weekend then.
