What size tyres for a 7 inch rim, would 215's be to skinny?

A 215 is about 8.5" wide. So its borderline...
Put it this way.... I wouldn't air down too much off road.

You reckon $50 a wheel is too dear?
I don't NEED to sell them, but just to let you feel like you've had a win, you can have them for $180.

a 7" wide rim is just 12mm narrower than the maximum recomended rim width for a 215. I'd say that qualifies as borderline champ. But hey, you obviously know something the tyre manufacturers don't.

Well champ... we've had LOTS of members running them on zooks in the NSW club for years with no problems. I'd suggest that would make them quite suitable, wouldn't you?

They measure as +10. 90mm from WMS to front of rim, 110mm from WMS to back of rim. Rim is 200mm wide including beads. These are off choppy's old yellow sierra.
