had the idea of riveting my clamps straight to the roof with some silicon but the missus wouldnt let me

Exactly as the topic says. Car is not worth spending a cent on and the racks will be butchered to fit a bike rack too so looking to not spend much. In Melbourne / northcote |

So the rails rivet to the roof in those gutter/groove bits, and then you get the rack to suit the rails? |
