After a 1L (F10A) engine that is in good condition (can vouch that you've seen it turns over and started/ran OK etc). (I'll take the flywheel off it to fix my problem below and might use the engine in a project to swap the head)

(When replacing my gearbox last night, noticed there were a few bolts on the clutch cover that had wiggled out a few turns. I could tighten them with my fingers. So screwed in the few loose bolts and tightened the remaining bolts. The very last bolt snapped off. Drilled it out and used a easy out on it and it came out - thank god. Noticed the drill took out about 40% of the thread in the bolt hole though - darn. So cleaned it up with a tap, found an identical bolt, chucked some thread lock on it and chucked it back in making sure not to over-tighten. What are my chances of that giving me any problems?)

hi mate i have an rebuilt F10a

its not from a sierra but from a suzuki carry. rebuilt it myself about 10,000 or so k's ago. starts and runs fine, compression is great.

the only things wrong with it are:
noisy tapets
leaking stem seal (blows smoke on start up got some stop some treatment in it now)
water pump is on the way out. started weeping, so i plugged it up with some silicon to see me through and that was over 5000k ago and it still doesn't use any coolant or over heat

i have a 2nd hand water pump to go with it if you want.

the engine is in my car at the moment which i still drive so can vouch that it runs can take a movie or something if you really want. though when it comes out will probably be getting semi stripped, so it will come with all the manifolds etc they just might not be on the engine.
