Post subject:  WTD: Team Losi Mini T

Just after something different, been into RC stuff for a while and now I'm chasing a MINI-T. Any condition but RTR would be great, I can
swap other RC stuff if I have bits of interest. Will pay post of worth buying 8) .

Buy it new mate, i only every brought one second hand and its not worth it. Good choice i guessing your going brushless.

I've got a couple of these, along with a mini rock crawler. heaps of fun & don't take up much room in the zook so you can take them camping etc... ones set up with sand paddles. 8) http://losi.com/Products/Default.aspx?ProdId=LOSB0202

they run all the same components as the Mini T from memory.

I've gone a bit crazy with my micro desert truck....can't recommend them enough.

Here's what it looked like when I got it out of the box....a while ago now.

In standard trim it was excellent fun around the house. But I wanted to go faster and take it out onto the paving outside.

So i've since changed all the axles, shocks, rims and tires, bumpers, guards, installed bearings, and switched to a lipo battery.

It now has some decent clearance, will hit around 45km/hr, and takes abuse (jumps etc) with ease.

Here is what it looks like now.

I got bored one day so made a small jump for the truck. I'll probably make a few more and set up a "track" around the house to do laps with.

Im not fussed with buying new as Ill toss all the standard components anyway! :) You guys arent suppoaed to show me yours! It maoes me want one even more! I have two tarmac racers here, just run the standard 540 motor as thats the class I race in and they hit some serious speed, carbon fibre chassis, alloy suspension arks, theres is no plastic on the car at all... but I cant hit jups in it haha. Ive also got a few Duratrax Stadium tracks which are a hoot but I just want something small and out of the ordinary. These things are cheap as chips to mod too! :D :Armsup:

the mirco's are TINY compared to the 1/18 scale MINI's, mine have copped a hiding & still come back for more.

Yeah a micro is on the cards too! I wouldnt mind one of each!
