It was late at night when I posted this. Should be in Getting Rid of Stuff. I was going to use a hotrod, generic under dash thingy when I installed it into KT. As I understand it nothing will just bolt up to the earlier ones like mine so it was going to be a mission whichever way I went. Given how shite the 1l heater units are it would have made an improvement in venting as well as the A/C |

The old ac units have screw fittings, not o'ring type clamps. It must be a later model thing. Jims are similar. |
