What's the plan for this zook you want to buy? Just noticed things like rotary and v6. |

Maybe the rotary and V6 aren't such good ideas! haha I will be using it on the beach and short trips on the highway into town at first, I may get into bush tracks etc later but I can do all that work myself if I decide to do that. Knowing me but i'll probably end up putting 31's on it The end of my street turns onto the highway which is 100km/h and you need to get up to speed pretty quick, it's my excuse for something quicker than the standard 1.3 which I have test driven recently and it really wasn't enough for me. I've done engine conversions before in Mazda's and Datsun's, I could do one myself but I'd rather buy one done and enjoy it straight away I'm not after massive power, at least 50% more power than standard would be nice. Any ideas? |

Your chances of finding a zook with one are pretty good. Otherwise, its a 2 day job to fit one incl. wiring, so its not the end of the world if the perfect ( for you) zook comes along and its still 1.3L. |

Have you driven a stock sierra? Changing leads and plugs is normally a 50% power increase |

Haha! I most likely would grab a G16b EFi converted Sierra, if one was for sale in NSW with rego at the moment. I just missed out on a 1.6 EFI Baleno engine one last week. On carsales there is a Coily in Queensland with a G16b atm, but then I'd have to stuff around getting engineers reports, blue slip, rego etc. I am in Coffs Harbour and I don't even think there is currently an RTA approved engineer locally, I'd have to tow it to Sydney! Forget that! If something doesn't come up in the next week or so I will have to grab a rego'd stocker and do the engine conversion myself Thanks for the advice |

The Baleno engine one was white, was on gumtree for $6500 odd. Would have been a great buy but I was too late This would be ideal, but I'd have to do engineers / rego stuffing around unless anyone can do me a blueslip in NSW? http://www.boostclassifieds.com.au/adve ... -Sale.html |
