Post subject:  sierra rear springs stock lifted what ever
hey all today i was trying to fix my rear spring lag
so i put my foot in the middel and grabed one side pulled up



and the spring snapped in halth.....

so any one got any liftes rear springs or even stock rear springs
any thing will do guys plz let me know

i really cant spend alot or id get em new for $200

so plz let me know thanks

leaf springs have a high carbon/silicon content to aid in the formation of sub-eutectoids and micro pearlites on a molecular level for rigidity you can't bend them like mild steel or they'll break
Still impressive though haha pompoms pompoms
After breaking my neck I'm leg pressing 1/2 a tonne on reps
still got to add another 260kg to get back to pre broken spine weights
Then I might try breaking some leaf springs :twisted: :twisted:

im not much of a leg man got natruly good legs but soon i have to start pumping them hard
upper body is starting to cach up to em lol


still no chicken legs but ! lmao
