I currently have a mini spool fitted to a 3.7 (WT) sierra diff centre sitting in my shed that i removed from my old SWB sierra. i want to have it fitted to the 4.1 rear diff centre of my maruti. i live in rockhampton but will be driving to brisbane on either friday 8th/saturday 9th june, and be driving back the next wednesday (in another vehicle, not this one). i can drop both centres to someone, along with new bearings to go with the maruti centre. i only want the maruti diff reassembled, i dont care what happens to the rest of the WT centre. i can either take the parts back, or whoever does it can keep it to put it back together and sell it (they seem fairly high demand), or throw it out for all i care.

happy to discuss cost, i have no idea how much time or effort it takes to do this sort of thing. all i know is its a PITA, especially to get backlash and stuff set properly.

Are you wanting pinion bearings replaced too, or just carrier bearings?

whatever comes in a diff rebuild kit. but honestly, as long as its all together and works im happy. i dont even think it needs new bearings, if its easier to fit it all without replacing them im happy to go with that too, just figured while its apart it may as well get done, saves having to be done at a later date

plan is im going to brisbane on the friday 9th, coming home wednesday 13th, so i can drop off/pick up from anyone in brisbane area from friday arv-wednesday morning... i'll be at landcruiser park the following week, really hoping for a locker fitted before going there :D

no one interested? just to be clear, im not asking on here because i want it done cheap, i am willing to pay decent money for someone who knows what they're doing to do it, plus figured it'd be better off done by people who know suzuki's...

honestly, The hardest part is removing the axles and removing the centre out of the car other than that, It's pretty damn easy. Hopefully this will build up your confidence to DIY.
