This bolt on kit is designed to fit Suzuki Vitara / Escudo power steering to a RHD (right hand drive) Sierra or Samurai using a machined wedge to align the steering box with the steering column.

The box is mounted as far forward as possible (+20mm) to give room to move the axle forward without the steering drag link and tie rod rubbing on each other. Great for RUF spring conversions or when moving the front axle forwards to fit bigger tyres.

You just need to get the following parts from a Vitara:

Power steering box with pitman arm
Power steering pump
Factory power steering pump mounting bracket
Hoses and reservoir.

Installation also requires a collapsible steering shaft, (found on later model Sierras / Samurais), or shortening of the stock steering shaft, plus multi-rib pulleys from a 1600 Vitara motor (or a 1600 engine conversion! - see my other kits)

Price is $220 AU + $30 AU shipping.

Wedge and bolts only is $160 AU + $20 AU *

*Note: Wedge only option is intended for people who have cut the radiator mount off the chassis on the left side. Even with a 1.6, the stock pump position is low down and the pulley will hit the radiator mount on the chassis, so the full kit with pump relocation bracket is often needed.

My brother should have a power steering adaptor kit, pump and steering box and a set of new extended shackles.
Ill talk to him and see if he still has everything. He lives in Gladstone, so postage shouldn't be too bad.
