Hey guys, I'm just chasing a GTI intake manifold to suit a mk3, doesn't need to be in great condition as I plan on butchering it for a modified intake for a quad carby set up. Just wondering if anyone has any lying around they would be willing to sell.
Currently the only one I have is a cultus manifold with an sr20 throttle body mod, I figure it might be worth a bit too much to cut up, and the other one I had was made from steel, where as I am trying to make a alloy one with angled intakes to avoid rust getting sucked into the engine and have the carbies (gsxr600) sit at the right angle (aparently around 22 degrees) to get the bowls to sit correctly according to my tuner.
Here is a bit of a 3d sketch of the manifold I would like to make, but to have flange cnc'd out would end up costing me more than just finding and old one and using that.
