I'm after some cheap 16's for my trailer. Sunraysia-style is fine, but will happily take regular GV steelies if someone has an incomplete set they have no use for. I only need two, maybe three. I realise sunnies won't fit over the calipers on the front of my car, but the idea is that if I get a flat tyre I'll be able to move wheels around from car to trailer meaning I can get away with not having to lug around multiple different spares. I'm based on the bayside of Brisbane. (Oh, and if they happen to be wrapped in some AT 225/75's that'd be double-awesome.) EDIT: Stock GV alloys and/or steelies also accepted. Also chasing a spare tyre in a 225/75 R16 as having the 235/60 on the back makes me scared of punctures. |

The sunnys on my jimny are made to fit GVs. 16x8 -15 offset. Pretty sure bob Jane also had narrower rims and 17" rims to fit early GVs |

There are listings for sunnys that fit the GV but they don't they only fit the 4cyl brakes. 16x8 is also pretty wide for a gv even running 245s and 8 is wide. 17in rims are easy but tyres suck for them. If you are fine with swapping rims why not just get new normal sunnies in zook pattern they are cheap enough. |

The listing just said specifically for the GV. I told the very specifically it was for the v6 2.5L with the larger brakes which they stressed to the supplier on the phone and everyone said they would fit haha i told them they wouldn't. Wasn't far off though so i would say it would be the SQ420 they fit. But the listing said GV 2.5 V6 which i make they scribble out and told them to tell the supplier it was BS. |

I am interested as to whether they fit the SQ420, obviously.... but in this instance it doesn't matter. The rims only need to fit the back of the car, not the front, as it's only so I can play 'musical tyres' and move things around if and when I get a puncture without having to carry spares of multiple sizes. |

Then any 16in in a zook pattern should fit the rear without troubles. But having a different offset on one rim could cause tracking issues. |

Basically, the trailer is so light it'll pretty much be able to run with 0psi if absolutely necessary. So the idea is I can go on short camping trips and only really need to worry about taking the single spare on the tailgate of the car. If I happen to get two punctures (shit luck) then I can swap one of the punctured tyres to the trailer and still be mobile, and so on. If offset isn't perfect, I'd probably swap both rears to at least match. |

Yea If both fronts or both rears match that's fine. Some cars come out with a narrower track on the rear so people run larger offset to make it match the front. |
