G'day looking for complete or parts for a dual transfer setup for a 2.7 manual, not after a straight bolt in just something to start from. I know I'm opening a can of worms but it seems the most feasible way to slow it down. Thanks

It's unlikely to fit a 2.7 manual gearbox. It would definitely be something to work from but you'll have to look at the output splines of your gearbox and probably make something custom using your stock transfer input.
Also worth thinking about is the amount of torque the 2.7 will be putting through the sierra case. jdk did the calcs and didn't like the result of a 1.6 so I don't think the 2.7 would leave it in one piece for very long.

Thanks for the input guys, it did have one in it before I got the vehicle, it was a GV transfer into hilux transfer I believe done by joeblow. I won't say yes or no just yet Tanshi as it would be s starting point, does anyone know if the weak link would be the Sierra transfer only or the Vitara as well. I'm sure I could adapt a hilux transfer to the vit transfer if needed.

Cap51z had a 3.1td in it and it never had a problem with the tc. It would destroy bundy diffs on the 39s but the case held together. Go the rover box if your starting from scratch. Then u can set it up to do front digs.
