I am on the central coast nsw. Can you tell me if the suzuki letters are embossed? And how does it clip on? I have 3spoke 99 wheels

The bracket goes on the wheel carrier bolts than the wheel than nuts than the cover bolts to the bracket. No its not embossed its just a sticker.
