Hi,

I'm looking for a 5 speed manual gearbox for a 98 model Grand Vitara. The car has the 4 cyl 2L J20A motor.

The current one has syncros on the way out.

I'm in Brisbane. Does anyone have one available?

I have 5 speed box and transfer out of a 90 model shorty... don't know if they're the same...

I got one here out of a 1998 SQ420.

5 speed and transfer. shifted fine in the short distance I drove it. (100m) yours for $200but you have to organise the courier.

Thanks everyone for the offers. Very much appreciated. Sorry for the late reply to you all.
I ended up with a more important repair needing done which meant putting the gearbox on hold.
The replacement box may need to wait a bit longer for now but will keep you all in mind for when i am ready.
