Anyone know where I might get one of these in Aus? In the next day or so... If not I'll just cut up my current backing plates.

You mean you have plenty of the square SJ410 backing plates?
Or you have plenty of the normal big round arse backing plates that I could cut up and turn into something like the SJ410 backing plate?

If the later I myself have plenty as well and is what I intend on doing if I can't source the stock square SJ410 backing plates.
The rear disc kit I have requires either the SJ410 backing plate or a cut down round backing plate.

I only want the SJ410 backing plates to make it a neater result.
Hacking up my current backing plates will provide the required functionality just won't look as tidy.

I only got the big round bangers!

I'm keen on those smaller ones though...

How simple has you rear disk conversion been?

The hardest part so far was sourcing the correct calipers. Forget what they are from now, some old mazda / ford hatchback.

If your cool with no hand brake / hand brake on the driveline or installing line lockers then you can get a kit from the same bloke that will fit standard sierra front calipers, which might be easier to come by.
