U can pretty much just chop normal alloy tray sides down to suit. To my knowledge the lj81 utes came with metal suzuki sides and tray never alloy in which case your likely better looking to adapt carry ute sides to fit

Thanks Rocky. My 80 came with the original alloy tray! Just missing the sides prob still sitting in the old farmers shed. May have to chop some up or get some made.

Might have been swapped for an alloy one early on.
99.9% sure none of the utes left japan with an alloy tray

Might have been an option suzuki was offering in Australia at the time. The old farmer that had it from new reakons it came with it?

Yeh i told the farmer at the time it wasnt standard but he argued it was. Id say hes asked for it to be fitted and thought it was suzuki issue, or it was that long ago the old bugger didn't even remember.
