Hi all, looking for a few bits and pieces for the shifter linkage in the LJ50.

Specifically, parts numbered 3, 7, 16, 17 (2 of them), 9, 22 and 23 in this pic. There are a couple of kits on eBay but they don't look 100% correct and don't have the boot rubber.
