Hi. I have a spare one here that I can part with. Phone number is 0400386809 (Damien) located in Karratha. Otherwise try Suzi Shop Perth. http://www.suzishop.net.au. You wouldn't know where I could pick up a G13A carb from? Needs to be complete with working choke and OK for reconditioning.

Funnily enough I called Suzishop Thursday and they've got plenty. :) I don't have any 1.3l carbs, dunno if there's any good ones left in the country! I've fitted a 4G63 carb to mine and 4K carbs to a few others. The 4K is quite similar to original and the 4G63 is virtually the same as original aside from 2mm bigger throats and a manual choke. Bpth can be bought new on ebay for reasonable money. I had a Weber before but I didn't like it much.

I reckon you're right - finding a genuine carb is like trying to find rocking horse shit. Are the carbs from eBay any good? I was trying to keep this as original as possible but it looks like I might have to resort to either a 4K or 4G63 so I can keep the original top hat and intake at the least. I know that the top hat will fit onto the 4K - is it the same with the 4G63?
