Mugwui, I dont know if you read my posts and the headache I had fitting the front locker to mine due to the RHS CV, but in the end it was actually ARB that machined down my side gear to let the circlip work and since they were the ones that did it there were no warrenty voiding concerns.

Have a look at this link for pics of a stub axle being made up:
http://www.zukiworld.com/month_120102/f ... endmod.htm

I assume from Royces post that all the drilling of the Zuk chassis/frame doesnt need to be done on the wider chassis 2.0/GV models?

the hagen setup is using hilux shafts (pain to fit too) and might not need redrilling on wide vits and GV's but I have been waiting 3 years so far to pull a setup out of a vit and fit into a GV to see, guy isnt in a real rush it seems :)

as far as I know 1.6 style, 2 litre wide track and grand all have different shafts and the inner CV on all differs and the outer on a GV is different to a vitara

the passenger shaft is a tad longer than the drivers side but apprently its not an issue, I havent myself checked though

Surely this should be the problem of the ARB engeneering department,
If they are selling a product that they claim to work, then they sould be coming up with a fool proof solution. Recon I might take it up with them considering they have taken my hard ernt and all.

Thanks Stuey,
after Steknig helped me get...hang on...I'll refrase, after Steknig took my diffs out for me today, I have decided to let ARB do the total install of the locker, diffs, etc etc, then it is their problem as I figure, they are selling me the product, then installing it, so if it doesen't work, I then take it back to them and say FIX IT.

That is probably a very wise decision. Less loop holes for them to try and get out of if the install is totally their doing.
