I'm not sure if I'm right if dieseling is what's happening when I turn ignition off. Sometimes engine runs for a second or more once I turn ignition off. Is it fuel solenoid or something else. If it is solenoid is it expensive and hard to replace? I don't even know where is it in the engine. If I don't replace it will something break down eventully? Any sugestions. Thx

What you're describing is Dieseling (engine running on). It is normally caused by the engine timing being out. A good service with fresh plugs, oil and filters is a good start. If you know someone with a timing light, get them to check the engine timing for you as well.

Also you eng could be idling to high or running to hot.

Your timing may be advanced a bit, I don't remember you mentioning cooling issues at all?

thx, timing might be out, but it's idling too high for sure. I'll turn it down and see how it goes.

If it's idle is to high the fuel get sucked past the idle stop, effectively bypassing the solenoid.
Choke may not be turning off.

If it doesn't stop running you can always stall it, unless you are low first!
