Hey all I'm heading to Echuca/Moama this weekend for the Southern 80 Ski Race and descided to take the Zuk, the Missus is coming as well so I needed more room to take all the gear for a Massive camping/drinking weekend for the both of us, this is what I came up with:

Basically just a sheet of ply cut to shape so as it sits ontop of all sides the centre at front is supported by my tool box which is the same height as the sides, the tie downs are off a VE Commodode ute just had to add one bend so they wrap over the sides of the tub and screw to the inside and top of tub all this is removable quite easily and quickly! Now all my extra gear can just sit on top of the ply and be safely strapped down securely. This mod has pretty much doubled the load I can take in the Zuk and only took about 2 hrs to make.
