ok just put new thermostat in.. interestingly the Suzuki one has the little bleed hole and the weighted valve!

took about 45min to bleed up! but i think i got it all.... wont be driving her till this arvo!

this is how i bled it.. is that high enough?

i might grab a coke bottle with some tape next time thanks for that idea!

ok well it appears to be fixed thanks guys!

pitty i busted the wires off the coolent temp sencer DOH... computer is now in lymp home mode! $102 for a new one on suzistore...
