A RR diff would be heavier than the rest of a Sierra, it would lower your COG a treat

My parents 1985 110 County (Churchill's Curse) has the same self leveling system. 500 000km and it still works fine (the only part of the car that does).

I thought the level ride was a stock item, iron man hey.

Thanks mate.

I think that's just a page from the Iromnan bush catalogue from what I understand it was either an option or factory fitment.

Friend of mine has the EFI 3.5L V8 in his '85 Rangie.. The sound is beautiful hey, and damn does it have some power

Golly, you must be easily impressed if you think a 3.5 Rangie has power. They have lovely torque delivery but they certainly don't make power.

I ignored the carby/torque-flite auto Rangies as the EFI cars are so cheap and the carby cars aren't in the same league.

Steve.

PS putting Rangie diffs under a sierra is a bit silly but I think they'd be an excellent choice in a Vitara.
